I've been enjoying another hobby that I am able to combine with Geocaching and Photography. It's Rockhounding with my prospecter friends Leigh and Margo. I found the scenery of where we went very enjoyable. So enjoyable that I had to share it with fellow 'mountain scenery enthusiasts'. The whole drive through this valley full of creeks and full of marvels of which I also marked so they would be found. As I find more, I will share those, also.
This is another area rockhounding has introduced me to. Continue on the Lemon Creek FSR and you will come to another set of falls on the creek. There is a trail at the right side of the creek which will take you up the creek for a closer look at this beautiful site. However, you must climb up the bank on the left side to access the cache. There is no trail but there is really not much bushwhacking to get to the site.
