Geocache Description:

This is the fourth cache in a series of seven. This route will take you on about a 4km walk through two small fords and past plenty of old farm buildings. All you will need is wellies, a small hook (for the micro cache logbooks) and a keen eye. There are 5 micro gnome caches and 2 stealth caches. They are small/micro but should be fairly easy to spot with a bit of hunting.

Head past some old buildings and follow the bridleway as it takes you down towards another stream. Before you go down a steep slope you might see an overgrown track that was once part of the Cardi Bach Line railway that ran between Glogue and Whitland. It was opened in 1873 for quarry material and agricultural goods. By 1886 the line had been extended to Cardigan and was carrying passengers too. The last passengers travelled the route in 1962.

Head down the hill with another derelict building to your right and over a small bridge. The bridleway becomes a footpath and diverges but follow it round to the right and over a ford for your gnext gnome.
