Welcome to the Walter Bean Trail. A number of caches have been placed along the trail in the Pioneer Tower West section of Kitchener. The trail is packed stone dust for most of the trail, although a few sections are rough where the trail was washed out during a spring flood. You will have frequent views of the Grand River on one side and a golf course on the other. You will not have to go far from the trail for the caches and in no case should you venture on to the golf course, which is private property.
At the posted coordinates you will see a large stone house.
Let A = the number of garage doors.
For the North coordinates, subtract Ax3/1000 from the posted coordinates.
For the West coordinates, add (Ax57+1)/1000 to the posted coordinates.
