TheGeoSleuth's Golden Ticket (The SILVER cache)

"The Milestone is within arm's reach!"

After TheWanderingEye woke from a prolonged nap, he quickly noticed that TheGeoSleuth was sitting at 9,999 finds. The challenger anialated the first two challenges and successfully obtained the first, two pieces of the GOLDEN ticket. The reknowed traveler continued on his quest, towards the Northern Mountains of Central Pennsylvania. There, he masterfully collected a plethora of treasures, creeping closer to the finale.  With enthusiasm, TheWanderingEye signaled to the villagers nestled below.  

"Place the SILVER cache and with it, hide the last fragment of the GOLDEN ticket.   And once the gauntlet is complete, publish the almighty Tribute."
 

Joyously, the settlers separated in search for the next host. And quickly, their task was complete. In an instance, the final piece of the puzzle was released into the wild. With the rising sun, the last offering shall become visible for all to see.
