Aquesta ruta està pensada per a que visiteu els llocs més emblemàtics del Perelló. De moment, consta de 8 catxés on hi trobareu diferents monuments i edificacions, així com espais naturals, que us ajudaran a conèixer i a gaudir d’aquest municipi a cavall entre l’aroma de la muntanya i la brisa de la mar. Podeu completar la sèrie visitant els catxés amics “Pinturas Rupestres Cabra-Feixet” del company ninus i “Morral de Cabrafeixet” de Guanacos.
L’Abeurador
El nom medieval de la vila, la Font del Perelló, que es menciona a la Carta de Poblament de 1294 posava de manifest que la població s’havia conformat a l’entorn d’una única font situada dintre les muralles. Aqueta font bé podria tractar-se de la mina que contínuament i amb abundància subministra aigua a la font de l’Abeurador mitjançant un aqüeducte soterrat que des de l’interior de la vila, passa sota l’actual carretera i arriba al barranc, on el 1342 ja es documenta dita font.
L’aigua brolla per sobre d’un arc de mig punt rebaixat on hi trobem una inscripció molt rústica a dues línies que diu: AVE MARIA/AÑO 1708. Aquesta data és ben bé de la restauració o del condicionament de la font antiga. La font consta de dos espais ben diferenciats: per una banda, la font pròpiament dita i per l’altra, l’abeurador, on l’aigua sobrant de la font circula fins al longitudinal abeurador de bestiar situat al peu de la font.

This route is designed to visit the most emblematic places of El Perelló. At the moment, it has 8 caches where you will find different monuments and buildings, as well as natural spaces, which will help you get to know and enjoy this municipality on horseback between the aroma of the mountain and the breeze of the sea. You can complete the series by visiting the friendly caches “Pinturas Rupestres Cabra-Feixet” by the companion ninus and “Morral de Cabrafeixet” by Guanacos.
L'Abeurador
The medieval name of the town, “Font del Perelló”, mentioned in the Population Charter of 1294, showed that the population had formed around a single source located within the walls. A little source could well be the mine that continually and abundantly supplies water to the drinking fountain through an underground aqueduct that goes from the interior of the village under the current road and reaches the ravine, where in 1342, this source is already documented.
The water flows over a half-pointed arch with a very rustic inscription on two lines that says: “AVE MARIA 7 AÑO 1708”. This date is about restoring or conditioning the old fountain. The source consists of two well-differentiated spaces: on the one hand, the source itself and on the other, the trough, where the remaining water from the fountain circulates to the longitudinal trough of cattle at the bottom of the fountain.
