- Doolbi Horton War Memorial in honour of those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country 1914-1918.
- Over 300 people were present at the unveiling of the Doolbi Horton War Memorial on 12 February 1922. The ceremony had meant to take place the week before but the inclement weather caused a postponement. Colonel Colin Dunlop Wilson Rankin performed the honours. The structure is a solid concrete block, four feet square at the base, five feet high, and sunk three feet into the ground. It is topped by a Mauser automatic rifle gifted by the War Trophies Committee. The Memorial was designed by Mr G.C. Francis (who was to become one of the trustees of the Memorial) and was made by Mr Andrew Graham, a returned soldier. A marble slab on one side lists the names of the 19 from the area who served as well as the five men who made the supreme sacrifice. The Memorial was sited at the time in the "most public spot in Doolbi" close to the mill, railway station and hotel.
