There are two different parking areas to access this cache, the first I've labled Winter Parking. You will park at the pullout on Squaw Pass road and begin your hike of about 1.25 miles each way. The other option if you have a 4 wheel drive vehicle is to drive up the fire road and park at the gate for the Fire Tower Overlook parking area, also designated Summer Parking. If you choose to park here, you'll need a 4wd with good clearance. Take a walk up the old forest road towards the fire tower to find this cache. After making your way up to the switch backs, you'll leave the main road and hike the last 500 feet along a faint game trail until you reach GZ.
