This is an island cache so you will need some type of watercraft to get to the island. We have been kayaking to this island for many years and the kids always referred to it as Dragonfly Island for all the dragonflies we saw. I am not sure what the official name of the island is. The cache is a traditional plastic container that was purchased from Geocache.com shop. It has a few items in it including a F2F trackable and a Travel Bug. Please help them on their way.
I edited the terrain to a 5 as some have pointed out that since you need a boat to get there it is supposed to have a 5. Overall and easy find once you get there. I checked on it this weekend (July 2021) and it still appears to be in good shape.
This island is frequently used by campers so helpful to practice CITO (Cache In Trash Out) and help keep the island clean.
July 2,2023 update.. I went to check on the cache but nothing was there. I will replace with a new cache next week and will post an update when complete.
August 4, 2023 update. Was going to replace with new cache but some resourceful soul beat me to it. I refreshed with a travel bug, a FTF, and a tattoo. Happy hunting!!
