I found this container with a bunch of other trash while I was out working. This container looked like it had potential as a cache container if it was re-purposed. It likely would have been easier to start from scratch. Once time is committed you keep on going. It has a rotten spot that I found when placing it.
It is a short hike down a trail that I have used for work. I'm not working in this area this year. I do miss the little hike. I was tempted to go further down the trail to place the cache. There is a nice overlook just beyond the small wetland. I decided that this time I would make it a bit easier for the hiker. You may need to navigate over or around a downed tree or two. There are not many caches in this area. The region could use another one.
