These are a few of the great players from our National Pastime of Baseball. They had some fantastic Stats (HR,RBI, Avg, Runs, Hits,SB) that allowed them to make it to Copperstown. They were great from the year they started in the majors till the year they finished their career. My favorite player on the list is Mickey Mantle. He is regarded by many as the greatest switch hitter in baseball history. He might bat on the left side at the start of a game and switch to the right side for the end of the game depending on the pitcher. He was my hero when I was a kid and I was lucky enough to travel to Yankee Stadium and see him play in person. Anyway here is my list of a few great players.
