Picasso's Prerogative Traditional Cache

Park off the Falmouth Road at the East Windham Fire station. This area is open dawn to dusk only. Lowell Preserve is one of the hidden gems in the town of Windham.  This 300+ acre preserve has both single track hiking trails and ATV use trails. The area has lots of wildlife and even a few vernal pools depending on the season. You may cross several small streams and a few wet areas, so be prepared. Please take care while hiking through the area, especially with kids and dogs. Some trails have recently been closed so be aware of signage. 
 

We love hiking this area with our dogs, including Picasso (a/k/a Captain Underbite). The trails are a bit of a maze and some signage is better than others. We hid this geocache in a unique area of the Preserve with lots of rocks and small caverns.  Original contents: log book, Candle, Sephora mask, golf balls, harmonica, bracelet, bar of soap, "Leo The Lion" Travelbug  (please move him along!) and a small cash reward for the First To Find.
