This bonus cache is available to those cachers who complete the Historic Forts of New London County Adventure Lab experience. Scan this QR code to be directed to the Adventure Lab. Alternatively, you can follow this link to: https://labs.geocaching.com/goto/NewLondonForts.
You will need a smartphone with data service and the Adventure Lab app installed. You can install the app by going to: https://labs.geocaching.com/.

You can probably complete the Adventure Lab tour in 90 minutes or less, visiting locations in Stonington, Mystic, Groton, and New London. Hopefully, you will take the time to learn more about each of the fort locations. During your tour, your appreciation of the strategic value that the New London area has enjoyed over the centuries should increase.
As you complete the Adventure Labs, note the Bonus Code from each stop. Once you have all five bonus codes, arrange them in alphabetical order and enter the codes as one "word" into the checker. Success will provide you with the final coordinates!
