In 2019 Ocean Shores held a fire hydrant painting contest during which over a dozen hydrants were decorated. This multicache will guide you on a short walking tour of several of the entries located in town. The winning entry is several miles south of town and for anyone interested, the coordinates are included as a reference point at the end of the waypoints list.
The posted coordinates will bring you to the first hydrant, where you will record the 6 digit number stamped below the arrow on the top ring. From there you will proceed to the remaining waypoints, noting the values indicated in the waypoints list below at each location. The physical container with the log is located at N 47° 00.ABB', W 124° 0C.DEF'.
