Come join us at the Georgia Welcome Center park for a great Community Celebration Event! It will be a chance to see old friends, meet new geocachers, and enjoy a meal and fellowship together. And maybe a few trackables will make it as well. Invite some potential new geocachers to see how much fun we can have! One of the available charcoal grills will be fired up around 11:30, so by noon the coals should be hot enough to cook some hamburgers (provided by the CO) or 'most any other meat you may prefer to bring for yourself and your guests. Hamburger buns, condiments, and soft drinks will be provided, and some of the attendees may well decide to bring along some sides for us, such as baked beans, cole slaw, tater tots, and who knows what else. There is plenty of parking and easy access off Exit 1 on I-95; if you are coming down I-95 from the north, head east on St. Marys Road from Exit 1 and then go south on Haddock road for the secret (and public, always open) back entrance to the area. Hope to see you there!
