Well, it's 2020... Geo Oktoberfest Time!
We will be holding only one Staten Oktoberfest this year.
When: Thursday, October 8th / 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Where: Inspiration Plaza (across the streets from Flagship Brewery)
This is a private outdoor park that we have reserved for geocaching this night, the "COVID" max capacity is 25 people. If we go over the 25 people in the park, we will ask people to hang out on Minthorn St which is a part of NYC Open Streets, find a seat at the Brewery or one of the restaurants on the block. There will be no set schedule of events this year, so feel free to stop by at any time between 5 and 7 to say hi and sign in.
We will be talking geocaching, trading trackable ( hand sanitizer provided) and hopefully meet some of the many quarantine newbies!
Everyone is required to wear a mask if you are walking around, once you are seated you may remove masks. There are plenty of benches in the park.
This will be a BYOB event this year. Flagship Brewery, across the street, will allow you to buy pretzels and 6 packs to go for our event. The brewery will also allow us to use the bathroom regardless of purchase ( mask required for bathroom)

We will hold this event rain or shine. Dress accordingly.
There will be our traditional live music from 5:30 to 6:30!
