On open long open roads like this people rev there engines and go the max possible speed despite being in a croweded city right next to a school. It's very dangerous when cars go that speed and in a lot of cases results in accidents. The logic they use is "I paid for the whole speedometer so I will use the whole speedometer". So I decided to hide a geocache in a location where cars are going at least 80 mph and blowing all the stop signs. This helps you get to know the city better and all the activity that happens in it.
The container is a in a silver bison hanging on the fence. There is no side walk where it is so your going to have to be careful. Make sure you procede with caution when finding the cache. Do not remove the cap but rather the actual container when signing the log. Stealth isn't required for this at all but it is recommended.
