Almost every serious geocacher thinks about trying to complete the Jasmer challenge at some point, but as the really old caches continue to disappear, one realizes just how hard the true Jasmer challenge is, or how hard it is to get even 90% of the way there. I always thought it would be nice if there was a Jasmer challenge that was more suitable for those who can't necessarily travel the world, but can travel the state. Thus I present to you: The Budget Jasmer Challenge.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-Find a geocache placed in every month from January 2005 to December 2019 (15 years)
It really is that simple (or difficult). Cache finds of any cache type, besides lab caches, found before this challenge count. As of posting, this challenge can be completed entirely with active geocaches in Montana. You can use the checker link below to see if you qualify.
Online find logs of cachers who do not meet the above qualifications will be deleted.
THE CACHE:
Cache is a rubbermaid container located near the entrance Four Dances Natural Area. There is a pulloff right next to this cache for parking. Given its location, it can be found 24/7, but it will be hard to find if there is snow on the ground.
