This should be a pretty quick park and grab. PerfectedInterest and I walk along the nearby sidewalk a few times a week and thought it would be cool to have a geocache along a path where people could walk and get geocaches along the way without having to drive. A grocery store is nearby as well as several other stores/restaurants. Muggles should be minimal in this area. This is my first geocache, so I put a little FTF token inside!
Might be easier to park in an actual parking spot and walk, but not required.
