First of two cache's placed on loop of North Country Trail. If you start and finish your hike in Muskallonge Lake State Park by the third loop(N46 40.536 W085 37.952) it is approx. 2 miles.
You can make it a short 400' hike if you park on CR407(N46 40.624 W088 38.376).
The trail makes you climb to the top of the hill to find the cache. When you continue along the trail you find a steep bluff overlooking Lake Superior. Use caution near the bluff!!
