Geocache Description:

The Vedder River has seen nine permanent bridge structures (1879-2017) cross over it. Only a small groundwater fed creek existed where the now Vedder River flows whilst the Chilliwack River flowed north via two channels (Chilliwack River and the Luckakuck River). Have a peek at some of the historical info about the life of these bridges. More information is available at the Chilliwack Museum and Archives.

This lock & lock is located where the current bridge can be viewed. High muggle area.
