The cache is located in the Brooklyn Heights/Promenade area somewhere Northwest of the posted coordinates. Plan your adventure lab route accordingly.
The container is a black bison tube. This one is NOT magnetic, although you could hide a magnetic nano in the same location easily. HIGH muggle area! Exercise caution and discreteness.
