Welcome to Dr Dog’s newest adventure. A letterbox no less!
The coordinates posted will bring you to the start of your journey. Travel around to the back and park your chosen mode of transportation behind the museum. Grab your TOTT, strap on your hiking boots and let’s get started. I hope you brought your four legged barking companion, because they are welcome here too.
Your first stop will be the kiosk at the trailhead. Take note of the number of trails listed and subtract TEN. Document this number as =A. TOTT REQUIRED
From here, travel WEST. TOTT? At the tracks, pause for a moment and look to your right. Here’s your sign. How many letters in the name of this hamlet? SUBTRACT TWO(2) FROM THIS NUMBER. Document this number as =B.
Continue WEST. As you round the bend, look to your left. Go check out the old foundation. How many rooms do you see? Document this number as=C.
Head SOUTH until you come to the T. Turn again WEST until you get to the power lines, and then head SOUTH again. This where it can get tricky, especially in the summer months. Watch to your left for the old homestead. There are mowed trails leading up to it. Observe how many vertical panels are on the front door. Document this number as=D.
Make your way back to the trail whence you originally came from, and continue SOUTH. Here you will come to yet one more structure. You may want your four legged companion figure this out, it is very tricky. Is the trail you are standing on an overpass of the structure or an underpass of the structure?
E=the number of letters in the correct answer.
