Welcome to a local "landmark." For decades someone has been maintaining this. No one knows who started it, why they started it or who is continuing it. Highway workers used to remove the additions, but I guess they finally gave it up as a hopeless task.
The shoulder on the side of the road is fairly wide for parking. There is also an old road just west of the cache where you can pull out.
