Geocache Description:

The Jones Falls Trail follows the Jones Falls Watershed from northern Baltimore all the way down to the Inner Harbor. Traveling its entire length shows you a microcosm of Baltimore! It passes near scenic leafy neighborhoods, historic mill and industrial buildings, the nation’s third oldest zoo, arts hub/neighborhood Station North, and through downtown to the Inner Harbor. It shows a side of Baltimore that many visitors never experience. Our favorite map of the whole trail is here, though it still shows this last leg as under construction.

The final section of the trail passes through the historic Mount Washington neighborhood and includes a lovely boardwalk trail through the woods behind the Mount Washington Pediatric Hospital. It comes out of the woods near Mount Washington Village, a great place to grab a bite to eat or shop at some unique stores!

You are looking for a large cache hidden in an accessible place. The trail is very popular on weekends, so stealth is essential! FOLLOW THE TRAIL TO THE LOCATION—do not walk off trail in the woods. The closest trailhead is listed as a waypoint, though you can also access it from the other end near Mount Washington Village.
