Cache is located in a scenic area overlooking a valley near interstate 81. The actual cache spot can be seen when traveling south on 81 near the cache.
This cache is located on a rock outcropping on top of a mountain near the town of Quakake. The hike to the top of the mountain is steep. There are some trails in the area, but I'm not sure which ones lead to the top. This cache was meant to be difficult. When we placed this cache, we parked on a nearby road and hiked straight up the mountain. Bring your Nitro pills and defibrillators. Take a couple of pictures with the cache cam, and be sure to sign the logbook. Be very careful when climbing on the rocks. Good luck.
