A short 50m walk from the parking area takes you to a stunning panoramic view of the Wilderness coast line. Just below your feet you will also see the "Serpentine" a serpent like waterway linking the Touws Rivier to the inland "Island Lake" to the East.
This location is also a Paraglider launch site so please be aware of what is going on. A few do's and do'nts. No smoking on the site at any time, if there are pilots launching and landing, stay off the grassed area until clear and safe to cross it. You are by all means encouraged to watch what is happening on launch, just use common sense when retrieving the cache if there are muggles in the area, as it is in a very visible spot.
The launch site forms part of a garden nursery, please stay out of the area where the plants are being grown as that is private property.
