This is a 50cal flat black AMMO can, just off the main road into the park. We love caching in Pedernales State Park but seems like most of the caches there require five or six mile hikes. This one will fix that little problem.
Though this is situated way before you get to the main ranger station, if you cache in the state parks, support them! You only have to fork over four bucks, (or show your park passport) and there are a bunch of other caches in the park as well to make it worth your while.
