The land that the park is on used to be the Tucker family’s 360acre dairy farm. Ralph and Jane Tucker, bought the farm known as Buchanan Vale in 1951 and eventually having to sell due to drought and tough times after 18 years. The park itself is quiet close to where the homestead used to be.
I have been coming to this park for a while now with my son and since starting geocaching I thought this park would be a great spot. You can really see how much Bellbird Park is growing for up here!
Great playground for little and big kids also has a dog park and gym. Please use stealth during weekends and school holidays as this park can get pretty busy.
