Geocache Description:

14 November 2020, 07:00 - 07:30

All year, I have been thinking about going West to get caches in more Texas Counties. Then the Virus hit and put a halt to all Spring plans of mine. Why did it have to hit now and ruin MY plans?!

Summer came along and the first thing I knew 110°+ showed on the W. TX weather report. I don't mind the heat, but isn't that a bit rediculous?! Why did it have to hit now and ruin MY plans?!

During those warm months I took a trip up to Central Texas, where it's cooler for me, to find some Geo-Art caches. I was having a ball and making good progress when I received a phone call, "You have to come home NOW. There's a Hurricane coming and it's going to hit us!" Why did it have to hit now and ruin MY plans?!

Hurricane repairs are completed and all my hard work deserves a reward. I plan another trip. This time I'm going camping, bicycling some trails, and I'm going after some really high DT caches. I gathered up my camping supplies, threw a bicycle, ladder, and reacher pole into the back of my TOTT Box on Wheels and took off early the next morning. I drove all day. Then my phone rang, "You have to come home NOW. The water heater has a leak. Mike shut off the water for me and now we have no water!" Why did it have to hit now and ruin MY plans?!

Now I have one final chance to head West this year. I've talked to my friends all year about this trip and some of them have decided to join me.

This is an early morning Event for us early risers. We will be outdoors. Please wear masks and be aware of Social Distancing. Bring your own Breakfast. For those who can't get up early enough to get their breakfast in time, I'll supply a dozen donuts.

Why does the weather change so much!? It could be 30° or 80°. It could be snowing or sunny. Be prepared for anything. I've warned you. Don't come whining to me.

WATCH THIS CACHE.  I'm watching the 10-day forecast. On the morning of November 5, I will make an announcement whether this will be canceled due to incliment weather.
