The cache container is not at the posted coordinates. You are starting outside the Library at the Book Drop where you'll find three numbers that you'll need inside to open the cache. The cache is available during posted library hours which are somewhat reduced due to Covid-19. Currently, the available hours are Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 5pm. Check slolibrary.org for the most current hours of availability. This cache is part of a local history series in downtown SLO that involves the SLO Library and the History Center of SLO. Check out the Adventure Lab caches nearby by downloading the Adventure Lab App and visit other caches around the historic downtown area.
Here's a hint if you've never found a library cache before, go to the third floor and answer this riddle: Where does Christmas come before Thanksgiving? Look for the answer to the riddle and you'll find the cache. It will show you some cool information on the history of the library.
