It is time for another Tucson geocaching get together. Everyone had a great time at the last one, and with all the new geocachers I am sure that there are a lot of new people to meet.
Agua Caliente Park is location on Tucson's eastside at 12325 E. Roger Road. The listed coordinates will get you to the area of the park that we hope to have the picnic. Since this park does not take reservations, the location might change slightly. We will have a sign there so people can find us.
This is a very family friendly park with water, grass and even wildlife to watch. This park has all the normal park facilities, including BBQ grills. Alcohol is not permitted in Pima County parks, so keep that in mind when you are packing you coolers. Dogs are welcome, but must remain in a leash.
I don't want to make this a pot-luck event so bring your own food and beverages. If you have something that you are famous for, or even proud of please bring it along if you would like to share with everyone.
We will put together some sort of small cache for the event, but would like anyone who is interested to bring an item to put in a permanent cache.
Please post a note as an RSVP so we can get an idea of how many will be attending.
