The Butler Longhorn Museum & Educational Center highlights the Butler cattle bloodline, while exhibiting the history of the Longhorn Breed. The Museum documents the rich multicultural heritage of the region through farming and ranch history. Western history, art, and science are demonstrated and preserved throughout the Museum and Educational Center with programs focused on agriculture, Gulf Coast Heritage and Texas history. The museum is open Tuesday- Saturday from 10am to 4pm.
There is also the Museo de Joshua on this side where the cache is located but I couldn't find any information on it. The grounds are beautiful and a fitting place for any outside event! Do NOT pick the grapefruits though as they are donated to the food bank when they ripen. Enjoy this lovely location complete with a bench to log your find but watch for those pesky muggles! Don't forget to check out Heritage Park as well! Have fun!!
