You are looking for a small ammo can, a short way off one of the many trails that criss-cross the hills located between the Pacific Terrace neightborhood and Old Fort Road. The original contents consists of several PEZ dispencers and a few other random items. Happy Hunting.
This is pretty close to where the recently archived cache called Boy Scout Project (GC742GW) was. We went searching for it, even though the cache hadn't been found in over 2-1/2 years, because it was up on the hill practically right behind where we now live. And we were disappointed when we DNF'd it, but were later vindicated when the next three couldn't find it either. Now that the spot is open we have decided to put a "replacement" here.
