Geocache Description:

Though those old commercials almost qualify these days for heirloom status, Mother Nature is still out there proving the old adage that it's not nice to fool her.  Cache involves about 0.2 miles in and ditto back out, through mostly untouched Sonoran desert in one of the few remaining tracts of same that have not yet succumbed to the developer's bulldozer.  Once you arrive at GZ, remember the theme -- nature.  Cntents include log, stubby pencil for the convenience of future finders, a Big Ope foreign coin, and whatever kiddie swag I could squeeze in.  Enjoy, stay safe and healthy, and steer clear of the usual pokeys and cranky desert critters.

FAIR WARNING to any optimists out there expecting an easy walk in the desert -- not this one.  There are no jeep, motocross, or even cow trails that I've spotted personally or on GoogleEarth, so it's raw desert all the way, with lots of thorny stuff and a couple of gullies just to make it interesting.  GPS says 0.2 from the nearest dirt road -- could be 0.249 -- and by the time you wind around all those obstacles you can probably add 50% to that.  Except for the darn gullies the terrain is entirely walkable, but no "improvements" at all to make it easier.  (I bumped the difficulty one notch after my latest trip.)
