Geocache Description:

Robertson Park is a popular place for locals to walk with and without dogs, exercise and play. There is a children's playground, basketball court and exercise equipment, and at the time of placing, a cricket pitch was being built.

The land was donated to the citizens of Brisbane by Mr J.S. Robertson and is being improved and maintained by The Lions Club of Indooroopilly in conjunction with Brisbane City Council.

In 2011 the park was flooded during the major Brisbane floods of January that year. Here are some photos I took of the event. Since then, the children's playground has been upgraded as have other aspects of the park. There is plenty of parking including some off-street parking on Indooroopilly Road.

The cache is a nano, so please bring your own pen.

**Congratulations Teamtinda for being the first to find our first hide.**
