The cache is not at the published coordinates. You don't need to go there, though it is a good place to park if you intend doing the Adventure Lab entirely on foot - car parking is free here.
In order to work out the actual cache location, you will need to complete the West Hallam History Trail Adventure Lab (https://adventurelab.page.link/LbSq), getting some information at the end of each stage. The "Journal Entry" doesn't get shown when you finish the final lab cache, but you can easily get back to all the bonus information by clicking on "View 5 Journal Entries" beneath the description on the Adventure Lab front screen.
If you have done all that you should now have a four digit number for each of the letters A to E.
