This challenge is being placed to irritate and hopefully deeply offend our friend DrPowerhawk. I thought about placing it in Lawrence or in Kansas City where he lives, but I am too lazy to do that right now.
The cache IS at the posted coordinates, but as with all challenge caches, you must meet all the requirements on this cache page before you can claim your 
. You can sign the physical log at any time, however, and document such on the cache page by posting a note.
The actual cache hide is a 1.5/1.5; the posted difficulty and terrain ratings reflect the effort you will likely have to put into logging a smiley on the challenge. I qualify for this challenge. Go out there and find the required number of caches with the following attributes:
- 50 caches with the “No tree climbing” attribute (for obvious reasons);
- 50 caches with the "No off-road vehicles attribute (because DrPowerhawk digs his really cool Jeep);
- 50 caches with the “No Camping Nearby” attribute (because there is nothing DrPowerhawk likes more than camping) AND;
- 50 caches with the "No Significant Hike" attribute (because DrPowerhawk looooves climbing mountains even if there isn't a geocache to find!) (WTF)
