In normal years, this is a popular area. I hope that next summer the area is filled with people. I was walking downtown looking for a place to hide this container. I check two other spots, but neither of those would have worked out. I think it ended up being the best spot. I had my gpsr with me and let it sit for awhile. Even so, reception is sketchy. I used Google Maps to pinpoint the spot. There is also a hint to help you. There are parking meters along River Road. Read the meter and check for posted signs limiting parking. I know during Browns home games the street is "no parking." Nearby RTA rail stop is "Flats Easts Bank Station."
February 21,2021: I obtained a larger container and swapped out the original small size. This is now a regular.
