The final location is in a very high muggle area so please use stealth. Trust me; if you are patient, there will be gaps in the muggles but be aware of muggles from all elevations and directions. It's very easy for one of them to sneak up on you. 
The terrain level at ground zero may vary with the seasons and weather so please be careful while searching. You should be also aware that there may be a resident snake in the area as well so please don't be startled by that.
The attributes listed with this cache are only applicable to this cache and may not be applicable with the adventure lab.
