This is a simple cache, easy to find, when you are in Saigon and do not have so much time, but still want to use your GPS.
This building in Saigon has two marble stones telling us when the first stone was laid and when the building was completed. The virtual cache is to mail me who laid the first stone for this building. It is a famous politician in this region but perhaps not the first that comes in mind.
