Geocache Description:

'I used to be a runner' is the lament of my fellow runner Jon, who whenever he gets an injury is convinced he will never run again. As I am possessed of troublesome knees I have some sympathy with this viewpoint. I regularly run around this path and occassionally get tripped up by errant hounds and end up having to pick the gravel out of my cuts and grazes. Not something to be recommended and I tend to wear gloves now to avoid anymore damage to my palms.

This geocache is hidden on a path that didn't exist a few years ago. The circular path goes around a big open space which has been created to serve the residents of the nearby new housing estate. Geo-hounds will enjoy the wide open space. The cache is hidden on the way to the kissing gate which takes you out to the muddy fields and towards Sherborne St John. The cache is hidden to be found and shouldn't cause any problems.

Please be considerate where you park. The nearest parking will be on-street parking amongst the houses.
