The Old Frankfort Pike Scenic Overlook is a small roadside park located at the southeast corner of the roundabout at Old Frankfort Pike and Alexandria Road, which features a large statue of Secretariat at its center. The park contains parking and a paved walking loop lined with interpretive panels that highlight many aspects of the area along the Old Frankfort Pike National Scenic Byway and the greater Lexington-Frankfort Scenic Corridor.
The cache is a lock-and-lock container with log and room for trade items. As always, bring your own writing instrument.
