The Moanalua/Kamananui Valley Trail is my third favorite hike on this island. Specifically, starting off on the Kamananui Valley Trail and connecting with the Kulana'ahane to H-3 Summit Saddle. There is a gorgeous waterfall near the end of the hike (will be 10.5 miles round-trip to do the waterfall). To get to this geocache, you only need to go a much shorter distance from the parking lot. From the parking lot to this geocache it is about a 1/2 mile walk.
Groudon was the first legendary Pokemon I caught in the game PokemonGo. This pokemon is said to the be personification of the land itself. I've placed this cache in honor of my first legendary Pokemon. *UPDATE 17 FEB 2021: Groudon unfortunately disappeared (the original red ammo can is missing), however, I was able to entice a Primal Groudon to the area but did have to find him a new home approximately 67ft from his orginal coordinates. Coordinates updated accordingly in a log.
