Have you ever been a part of a Christmas Cookie Exchange? It is so much fun...you show up with your 3 dozen cookies and walk away with an assortment of cookies from different bakers. The diversity on our cookie tray for the holidays has just increased exponentially without all that work in the kitchen!
After all the recipes we have shared in the last few days, it made us think about that kind of an event. Imagine how the potential for bblocking exchanges like this for everything in life!! But somehow I am sure someone would come up with some way to complicate things. For instance, someone would want a ssample of what they want to swap! Who would be willing to do that!?! Besides who wants to count out the grains of rice needed for the swap? You know you would be like a hhurdler trying to get to the swap before everyone else if it was something you really wanted...like a dozen Christmas cookies!
So I guess it is more exciting if we just bake on our own. You have the recipes we use, so good luck for next year!
