Oh So Hard Mystery Cache

Cache is NOT at the posted coordinates, but you probably already knew that since you would be breaking the law walking on an on/off ramp to Interstate 5. To find the cache you must solve the puzzle below. Difficulty is on the puzzle, not the cache. Terrain is for the cache.

On the other side of the interstate is my Oh So Easy puzzle, so I wanted to make something a bit more challenging for those who enjoy puzzles, math, and science.

In High School, it is taught that atoms are made up of three fundamental particals: electrons, protons, and neutrons. While that is techincally true, it is not the full picture. The image above is a simplified version of the atom. Atoms are like onions. They both have many layers to them. Below is a more correct, but rather complicated representation of atoms. Atoms can have a wide varity of shapes and sizes rather than just thier sphere of influence we are taught in school.
