They have been working on this road for at least 3 years and have finally finished. It took a long time to drive piles into the side of the hill to stabilize it and finished the last part which was completing the path with the railing along the east side of the Humber River. I intended to place a cache at the top and one at the bottom of the path - note the path is not cleared in the winter - and each cache would be a park and grab but it seems that there is a water access cache within range of the top of the path so only this one can be placed.
The walk along the path is worth the effort for the view especially at sundown and it is only 300m long so I encourage finders to make the effort.
Enjoy the cache and the view.
