Geocache Description:

A traditional cache on the Elgin Trail.
Boots are recommended, and a walking stick in wet or snowy weather, as the trail can be slippery.

The Elgin Trail runs 41 km from Port Stanley on Lake Erie to Southdel Bourne, following Kettle Creek and Dodds Creek, country roads for several kilometres, continues through the Parsons Tract off the 4th Line, then goes over the 401 and crosses a forest near the Green Lane landfill site. The trail is well marked with white blazes, but is not well-used, so it is overgrown at times.

This cache is named for a famous Canadian woman who owns a brewery in Alberta and heads up a business empire.
