This cache is located in a nice area. There are a few high rise condos, a couple of small hotels, a big hawker center and a couple of nice restaurants. Some of the houses are run down, but it looks like some are being re-built.
Located next to this cache is a private swim club. The pool is salt water and they have a 10 meter dive platform that you can see if you look just around the corner from where you are.
