Note on 3/24/2021: All fixed! Cache is back!

This is the Third of our Themed Justice League Caches to get placed. We chose this place because it is close to water.
While only recently enjoying the popularity of his teammates due to the blockbuster film that bears his name, this hero first appeared in comics in 1941! He is also known as the King of the Seven Seas or the King of Atlantis (in the DC Comics Universe). Despite his origin depicted in the movies, he is most at home well below the surface of the ocean and communicating with sea creatures.
I was happy to discover the nearby bench that talks about the water nearby. I had originally wanted to place this one across the street near the neighborhood pool, but it didn't deem that there was a good muggle proof way to place a cach this size. It is similar in size and style to our other themed caches (In Brightest Day..., The Fastest Name Alive...). While you do have to leave the sidewalk for this one, you do not need to go all the way down to the creek. (Although I increased the terrain to a #2 on the suggestion of a very experienced cacher ;-))
