Sarkanā pils celta neogotikas stilā 19.gs. beigās, kā barona Heinriha fon Volfa dāvana savai sievai Marisai dzimšanas dienā. Barons Heinrihs savu sievu bezgalīgi mīlējis un ir nostāsti, ka ceļa malās, ejot no Baltās pils līdz Sarkanajai, esot audzētas rozes, tās esot bijušas daudz un dažādas šķirnes, lai viņa mīļotajai sievai būtu patīkami doties uz savu pili. Diemžēl Sarkanā pils cieta 1905.gada revolūcijā un tika dedzināta. Vēlāk tā gan tika atjaunota, taču ne oriģinālajā izskatā. 2020. gada vasarā pie Sarkanās pils atklāja Amora skulptūru, kas pēc fotogrāfijām tapusi vēsturiskajā vietā. Skulptūru un dekoratīvos simbolus uz podestiem veidojusi māksliniece Anda Poikāne.
The Red Castle was built in the neo-Gothic style at the end of 19th century, as a gift from Baron Heinrich von Wolf to his wife Marisa on her birthday. Baron Heinrich loved his wife infinitely and there are stories that on the side of the road, from the White Castle to the Red, roses were grown, they were of many different varieties, so that his beloved wife would be happy to go to her castle. Unfortunately, the Red Castle suffered in the 1905 revolution and was burned. It was later restored, but not in its original appearance. In the summer of 2020, a sculpture of Cupid was unveiled at the Red Castle, which, according to photographs, was created in a historical place. The sculpture and decorative symbols on the podiums were created by the artist Anda Poikāne.
